Protecting Vulnerable Children

We represent undocumented minors who have suffered abuse, abandonment, or neglect by a parent and need protection and
stability in the United States.

What Is SIJS?

SIJS is an immigration benefit that allows qualifying children to apply for:

  • Lawful permanent residence (a green card)
  • A stable future free from parental harm

Basic Eligibility

A child must:

  • Be under 21 and unmarried
  • Be dependent on a juvenile or family court
  • Have a court finding that reunification with one or both parents is not in their best interest due to
    neglect/abuse/abandonment

Our Approach

We guide families through:

  1. Juvenile, probate or family court findings
  2. SIJS petition (Form I-360)
  3. Adjustment of status (green card application)

We also handle guardianship and custody.
