Mher (Miguel) Cholakhyan, Esq.
Mher (Miguel) Cholakhyan is an associate attorney at the Law office of Carolina C. Gomez. Mher received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While in law school, he clerked for Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office Hardcore Gang Unit and interned for Loyola Law School’s International Human Rights Clinic. Mher was also an editor of Loyola Law School’s International and Comparative Law Review.
Prior to joining the Law Office of Carolina C. Gomez in 2018, Mher gained valuable experience working for law firms in the U.S. and Mexico. Mher’s practice areas include removal defense, adjustment of status, visa petitions, and post-conviction relief vehicles.
Since joining the Law Office of Carolina C. Gomez, Mher has represented clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR, Immigration Trial Court), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) in Immigration matters and the California Superior Court in Criminal matters.

Mher obtained his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and holds a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge. Mher is an active member, in good standing, of the California State Bar and the California Supreme Court.
